No space is being held at the resort. Please make your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your room. Reservations can be held with a low deposit of $150/person. FAQs
1. When and where do I RSVP?
You can RSVP on our website (you’re here!) by clicking the RSVP link (click the three bars to the top right of the page, then click 'RSVP'), or by scrolling to the middle of the page. Please RSVP by 03/15/2025 so we can make proper accommodations. Each person listed on your invitation envelope will need to RSVP separately. If you have "plus one" listed on your invite, you will RSVP under your own name for both of you.
2. What if I can’t make it?
You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP with your declination as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
3. Can I bring a guest?
If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes! We are excited to celebrate with you and your guest. Although we would love to offer a plus one to every guest, we are unable to do so in order to stay within our budget and the restrictions set by our venue.
4. Can I bring my kids?
Because we want everyone to kick back and relax, this will be an adults-only event. Due to our budget and venue constraints, we are unable to make exceptions. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the little ones at home (or even bring them to the resort, but not to the wedding), as we know how much effort and planning that requires!
5. Do you have a registry?
While gifts are not expected, we do have a registry! It can be found at https://www.zola.com/registry/wassink. You may put as much or as little as you like towards a group gift or purchase your own.
6. What is the dress code?
The dress code is inspired by what will be our beautiful surroundings in a garden in Tulum, Mexico. Think nice, tropical resort wear. We ask that everyone avoids wearing solid white or solid black.
7. What shoes should I wear?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside. While neither will take place on sand, there is a chance you may need to walk on sand to reach the venue. Aside from the dance floor at the reception, you will be walking on dirt/grass for a large portion of the evening. Avoid any shoes that risk sinking into the ground (i.e. stilettos), and swap for a block heel or nice sandal.
8. What will the weather be like?
June in Tulum typically has highs in the 90’s and lows in the 70’s. It is also the beginning of the rainy season, so while we would love to assume there won’t be any, it might be a good idea to bring a rain jacket or umbrella just in case.
9. When should I book my accommodations?
As soon as possible. As we get closer to the date, the cost of rooms will likely increase, as does the chance that the resort will run out of space. We do not have a room block at the resort, so if the rooms book up, they might not be able to accommodate you.
10. How will I get from the airport to the resort?
If you prefer to secure transport ahead of time, you can book through Destify on our website. If you prefer to catch a cab from the airport day-of, that is fine, too!
